What biome would you prefer to build in?

What biome(s) is/are your preferred area for builds?

If I'm building structures I like the Taiga biomes due to the spruce wood, I also like the mountain biomes due to the build-styles I can do with mountain/cliffside homes (or mountain castles).



I like plains biomes though due to the large free space to do large builds without too much chopping down trees.
